Edson steering installation. Did you know that your steering cables need to be replaced the same as your standing rigging? I did NOT! I lost steering coming into Stuart Florida, and let me tell you I was so thankful that it didn’t happen “out there”. What I learned from the whole thing is that your steering cables and chain need to be replaced about every ten years. My 1976 2-29 Cal was WAY over due!
