After being struck by lightning we have to take a slow ride back to West Palm Beach NOT SAILING. I try to make the best of it and soak up some happy rays and sunbathe. There has been more and more damage discovered with each passing day, and I am just shocked by how much damage a bolt of lightning can do to a sailboat. It is lightning after all so maybe I shouldn’t be so surprised.
My big hope for the days to come is that we can hurry up and get her all fixed up and start sailing NORTH on the 2-29 Cal for the summer months. So cross your fingers for us:)
