After many hours of sweat, a few hundred drops of blood, and some tears, Avocet was finally returning to the water after her long boatyard stay, 53 days later. In this , we wrap up painting by incorporating an unexpected item as well as discuss the differences between a feathering prop and a fixed blade as we share one of our recent hardware upgrades. Despite Avocet being afloat again, there is still much more work to do. Fair winds!

Edit :In addition to donating our YouTube earnings to the #CreekFire victims, we will be keeping a running linktree of the GoFundMe's for the families in need. Please check out the list so far, help if you can, and share if you can't 💕 https://linktr.ee/SailingAvocet

Just a reminder: you can help raise money for the fire victims by watching our youtube videos. Every view on our latest 3 videos earns money that will be donated at the end of this month and next!
