The repairs are finished and we think we are ready. Our surveyor is coming in the morning and we are in a rushed panic to get everything ready.
We were sooo nervous that we end up pulling an all nighter, busying ourselves with very detail oriented preparations.
We had liability insurance on the boat which allowed us to work on the boat and transport it etc – but now it’s go time!

Here’s what we *think* we know about her past. Keep in mind we bought her at auction without ever meeting the owner! The owner was sailing along and ran aground – hard. Hard enough that the keel pivoted and pushed the aft end up into the hull. This force cracked the internal grid in several places and broke a portion of the grid free from hull.
