Every arrested/seized Russian owned SuperYacht I have featured on this channel have had one thing in common, the owner has been under sanctions from either the UK, US, EU or other countries. However this 58 metre yacht is different, the owner has never been placed on any sanctions list, and yet his yacht has ben imprisoned in the capital of the UK for over two months. We look at why this has happened.
