The paint was peeling, there were spider cracks, water was intruding, and let’s be honest it just looked awful. After weeks of prep which included sanding for weeks on end, filling in all the cracks and fiberglassing the gauges we created from digging out moist parts in the toe rails. We can finally see that it was all worth it!! Our $100 boat just got a MAJOR upgrade!
For anyone wondering we used Total Boat Total Fair and Total Boat Epoxy to fix all the cracks and help smooth out any imperfections and we used Alexseal primer and paint with a roll additive so we did not have to roll and tip!
