Nothing in our sailing life has inspired as much excitement or as much fear as the idea of sailing across an ocean. Thousands of miles from land, days or even weeks from civilization, completely exposed to the fury and grace of mother nature… Now that we’ve finally left Bermuda to set sail across the Atlantic ocean, we can feel that any emotion, happy or sad, anxious or exciting, is heightened…like the volume is turned up on our very existence.
