The real truth is not what you would expect… We have heard (usually from monohull or inexperienced cat sailors) that “daggerboards” are a waste of time but the quality and pleasure of sailing life is dramatically improved with shallow draft cats… FIND OUT HOW – and it’s not what you think!!!!
We also show how surviving hurricanes and reduced risk of capsize can be achieved with shallow draft boats and how performance cats with fixed rudders lose these benefits….
