Here’s that cookie dough recipe, you’re welcome.
(this mix will make two batons of cookie dough, if you split it in half before you add the mix ins – you can do two different types of cookies!)
250g butter (room temp)
330g soft brown sugar
2 eggs
450g self raising flour
500g mix in (if doing two flavours, do 250 of each one)
Best baked in a 175C oven for 7-8 minutes (may take longer in a home oven, like 10-12min)
