With our yachting adventures over for now, we shift across to land based adventures that we’d been looking forward to do for years! That’s why we’ve rebranded from Sailing Tranquilo to Expedition Tranquilo!
It was high time to head back to New Zealand’s South Island and get right into all the amazing adventures on offer. In this first episode we hit the high mountain magnificent trails of Aoraki-Mount Cook (Sealy Tarn and Hooker Track) and then head to what many think is the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown, where we go rafting the Shotover with its 4-5 grade rapids and try canyoning for the first time! And in all that we fit in a trip to the breathtaking Milford Sound, where all the rain just makes it all the more spectacular!
