Explore the Exuma Bahamas with us and experience life aboard our Nordhavn Trawler
Join us for an epic week-long journey through the Exuma Islands in the stunning Bahamas — all from the comfort of our tiny floating home, a Nordhavn trawler. This episode is packed with tropical exploration, off-the-grid living, and unforgettable stops at some of the most unique destinations in the region.
We kick things off in Georgetown, Exuma, a major hub for sailing and cruising boats, before venturing into remote anchorages and hidden coves only accessible by water. From there, we head to Rudder Cut Cay, where magician David Copperfield’s private island features a one-of-a-kind underwater piano sculpture known as The Musician — a surreal dive spot you won’t want to miss.
On the way however we encounter some BIG SEAS and Lindsey has to lay down for most of it… we take on water through the window (just a little) and really test out our sturdy little Nordhavn!
Next up, we stop at Big Farmers Cay for some snorkeling, island exploration, and even a visit to the quirky but iconic Little Farmers Yacht Club (aka, a house on the water with major charm!). We also link up with our fellow creators **@SearchingforCShels** for some laid-back island fun.
Finally, we cruise north to Staniel Cay, home of the world-famous Swimming Pigs, but trust us — there’s so much more here than just pigs on a beach!
