Just as we finally start to settle into the purely fun side of sailing, we catch wind of Tropical Storm Alex which is forecasted to blow through our anchorage here in Bermuda. No matter how beautiful it can sometimes be, living on the water can also leave us at the mercy of mother nature. There are times when we have to face our fear of losing everything that we’ve worked for; when we have nothing to turn to other than each other and our floating home to see us through the storm.
