Size matters when you are cutting you brand new solar arch from Atlantic towers. Installing this tower so far has been an exercise in faith and patience! The extended version on Vimeo is hilarious with all of the bloopers and cut outs. I laughed a lot when editing this video.
If you are new here, I bought Little Miss, my 2-29 Cal for one dollar. She’s a sloop and displaces about 8000 lbs. This little boat flies and is a blast to sail. With all of this new solar going up my tiny living DIY sailboat refit has really GONE GREEN!!
So far my biggest advice when installing a solar tower is to order pizza, buy beer and invite all of your friend to help. You are going to need them. I was thinking 4 brackets, wham bam, thank you ma’am.. Not-so-Much… I hear people say measure twice cut once, we could have heard it a few more times on this day.
Thank all of you that support me on Patreon, YOU made this project possible.
