In this episode, we show how a huge schooner can be manoeuvred in the dry, using only pulleys and a jack!
PLUS: we start building our new planks!! Soon our hull will be like new! We can’t wait for that day to arrive. We know there’s a lot of building to do still but we are so ready for it!

Recently we decided to purchase a two-masted 70ft wooden schooner in Brazil. The fun detail about our story is that the boat we bought was sinking and relying on many bilge pumps to survive so we had to lift it onto the dry to start a full refit.
