After weeks of hard work and pressure on Lagoon to do the right thing, Colin receives a phone call from the director of Lagoon, saying that they will cover the expenses of the bulkhead repair for eligible boats. As in boats that are not hurricane damaged, never ran aground or had their rigs over tensioned, or basically been compromised in any way. Which puts Parlay out of the picture, but Colin is ecstatic nonetheless, for all of the other Lagoon 450 owners…
