Skipping ahead to day 4 of our trip to Belize to sail a leopard 40 catamaran, we bring on a new crew member and set sail for a private island. We started from PLacencia Yacht Club and sailed up to North Saddle Caye to check out the private island resort of Paraiba Cove.
