FRUSTRATED! Buy this yacht in Oz, or go OS?

I had given up on finding a suitable yacht in Australia for the right price, then this one came up.
Typical of my luck I was in another state at the time… so, back home to Melbourne I go to look at one last Aussie based yacht before I completely give up and leave the country.
