What an incredible few days driving down the East Coast of Tasmania – visiting some top-notch restaurants, hiking in Freycinet National Park, touring an oyster farm and shopping at Farmgate Markets to then cook up a Squid & Chorizo pasta for lunch. The highlight of my trip was getting to stage at The Agrarian Kitchen.
