It’s a crazy time aboard Talisman, as we prepare to haul for hurricane season. First we suffer an engine room fire, which sets us back for a bit. Wendy goes for a swim and finds a shark under the boat. Then we discover that the crane that the yard is using to lift our mast for recoating isn’t up to the task (initially), and then it’s pure motoring with no backup around the island of Antigua to a different yard for hauling.
